These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the services provided by Wizzibility, a creative tech studio offering branding, marketing, development, and AI-powered digital solutions.

By accessing our website, using our services, or entering into a project with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Overview

Wizzibility provides:

• Branding and visual identity
• Web and app development
• Graphic design, multimedia production
• Digital marketing and automation
• CRM, ERP, and custom tech tools

The scope of work is defined in each project proposal, quotation, or agreement.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information and materials required for projects
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines
• Ensure any shared content does not violate copyright or intellectual property laws
• Make timely payments as per agreed schedules

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed:

• All creative concepts, designs, code, and assets remain the intellectual property of Wizzibility until full payment is made.
• After payment, clients may use the deliverables for their intended purposes.
• Wizzibility reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, case studies, or promotional material unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is in place.

4. Payment Terms

• Project pricing will be agreed upon before work begins.
• Payments are typically divided into milestones: advance, midway, and final handoff.
• Late payments may attract penalties or delays in delivery.
• All quoted prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Revisions and Approvals

• A set number of revisions are included in each service. Additional revisions beyond scope may incur extra charges.
• Final approval is required from the client before delivery and deployment.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive or proprietary information exchanged during the course of the project. NDAs can be signed if needed.

7. Limitations of Liability

Wizzibility is not liable for:

• Damages arising from third-party integrations or service disruptions
• Client’s misuse of the final product
• Data loss due to external causes

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service involved.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Upon termination:

• Wizzibility will be paid for all work completed until the date of termination
• All unused assets or drafts remain the property of Wizzibility unless otherwise agreed

9. Use of Website

You agree not to:

• Misuse or hack our website
• Copy content or designs without permission
• Use our site for unlawful or commercial purposes without written consent

10. Modifications to Terms

Wizzibility reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
